Gabrielle Padilla, Faculty

Tulsa, Oklahoma native Gabrielle Padilla is a violist dedicated to performance, teaching, and chamber music. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City Conservatory of Music and Dance and her Master’s degree from Ball State University with Dr. Katrin Meidell. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Musical Arts degree at West Virginia University as the Graduate Teaching Assistant of Andrea Priester Houde. She currently serves on the Education Committee of the American Viola Society. Gabrielle has taught and performed as a Quartet Teaching Fellow at the Interlochen Arts Camp as a member of the Montani Quartet. She has received the SphinxConnect Fellowship two years in a row.
