Vendors

While entirely online, the 2021 Northeast Horn Workshop will have vendors. We have reached out to numerous vendors to try and find productive ways for vendors to participate in the workshop. Below are some options. Please reach out to nehw2021@gmail.com with any questions.

Vendor Presentation/Discussion Panels

  • Presentations and discussions panels will be made live over Zoom webinar. Screen and sound sharing will be available for presentations involving slides or audio.
  • Vendor presentations and discussion panels are to educational and informative and not solely product demonstrations or for the advertisement of a business
  • We are no longer accepting vendor presentation applications.

Open Zoom Hours

  • Open Zoom hours are opportunities for vendors to meet workshop participants and talk about products, answer questions, etc.
  • Vendors may request open Zoom hours on Saturday, March 27 and Sunday, March 28.
  • There is no fee for open Zoom hours but vendors must be registered for the workshop in order to participate.
  • Open Zoom Hour Applications are now closed.

Program Booklet Advertisements 

  • Businesses and institutions are able to advertise in the digital and print 2021 Northeast Horn Workshop Program Booklet by purchasing advertisement space.
  • Rates are as follows:
    • Full page ads: 7.5" wide X 10" high, minimum 300 dpi, jpg or pdf - $100
    • Half page ads: 7.5" wide X 4.75" high, minimum 300 dpi, jpg, or pdf - $75
