New International Students

If you are a new International Student, you are required by the United States Department of Homeland Security to check in with International Students and Scholars Services (ISSS) at the beginning of your academic program for validation of your SEVIS record, to maintain legal status.  Here is a link to information for new international students, from International Students & Scholars Services: https://isss.wvu.edu/students/on-boarding
