Mark Miller is a singer, songwriter and guitarist based in Atlanta, GA. For the past decade Mark has been performing 200-250 shows each year from Georgia to Maine to California. His latest recording “Standing on Shoulders”, has received both critical and popular acclaim. The Midwest Record stated, “a literate set of Country flavored Americana writing that will open your ears in ways you don’t expect. Personal but will touch all.”
Mark holds a BM in Classical guitar performance from Clayton State University, where he was awarded the prestigious Robert O’ Allen award for most outstanding music major. He was also selected to perform in a number of master classes with guitarist such as Manuel Barrueco, Pepe Romero, David Russell and lutenist Paul O’Dette. Mark also holds a Master of Sacred Music degree in conducting from Emory University. He has served as Director of Music for churches in Atlanta and Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church in Fort Lauderdale, FL. In addition to performing and songwriting Mark has maintained an active private studio teaching guitar students of all levels.
