- Increase recruitment and retention efforts of SOM personnel and students who are representative of a global community.
- Renew our commitment to recruiting students from minority populations, both in the United States and internationally, with targe ted scholarships and graduate fellowships.
- Develop additional international programs to expand the artistic and scholarly perspectives of our faculty and students.
- Invite artists and presenters that offer diverse cultural perspectives to WVUSOM faculty and students, as well as the community.
