NOTE: faxed and emailed registration forms must be followed up with phoned-in payment information. Payment information cannot be accepted on a faxed or emailed form.) There is a non-refundable $10.00 processing/handling fee for new and returning enrollees per each registration. Payment can be made by cash, check (made payable to West Virginia University), VISA, DISCOVER, or MASTERCARD. Full payment is required at the time of registration.

Group Classes
Minimum enrollment is required for all group classes. Registration and payment must be completed (to the Community Music Program office) before a student can attend group classes. Teachers do not handle registration forms or tuition payments. In case of cancellation of any class, students will be notified. There is a limit as to how many students we are able to accept in each individual group class. Admission into classes is on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you have been placed on a waiting list, we ask that you do not show up for the class unless we notify you of an opening. In general, students will not receive a confirmation regarding entrance to a class unless the class has already been filled or will be canceled, but you may call the office at any time to verify that we have received your registration.

Private Lessons
Private lesson times will be arranged for the convenience of both the instructor and the family, following the receipt of the required fees. Registration and payment must be completed (to the Community Music Program office) before a student can attend lessons. Teachers do not handle registration forms or tuition payments.

In an effort to be fair to all patrons, we will not accept in-office registrations for group classes until the first official day of registration. We will, however, accept mail-in registrations prior to the first day of registration.
